Gina and Geof, with their daughters Emilia & Adeline,
are first generation farmers now comfortably settled in Porter, Maine. Gina
got her start farming 9 years ago in Colorado and has been farming her
way around the country ever since. Gina earned a B.A. in Environmental
Science from Colorado College. Originally from Rhode Island, Gina has
been coming up to Freedom, New Hampshire since she was a girl... at a
camp only miles away from where she and Geof now, very coincidentally,
live. Geof has been running farms for 7 years. . Previously, he served a two year term as farm manager
for The Community School in New Hampshire and worked on Meadowwood Farm in
Yarmouth. Geof is
from Casco.
